「WASTE OF MONEY. They don’t give refunds, even if you don’t have power, water, or WiFi…」
+The property was close to all the fast food and fast shopping areas.
−Absolutely everything. From the second we pulled into the parking lot I felt instant dread. The building is ugly, the parking lot was dirty.. it was terrible all around. The room was dirty, there was a dead rat outside our room. The walls in the room had pen marks and children finger reprints. There was hair in the bathroom wall.. the beds were hard as rock and there was pillows missing. They don’t do refunds, they even have a sign that says your SOL on a refund if you lose power or water! Which was my first sign to RUN. We cut our loses (over $200) and left to another hotel down the street.

「Great town but crappy lodging.」
+Nothing good about these rooms or this inn.
−upon arriving at the room it smelled very musty and did not seem clean so I had to wipe things down with lysol wipes I had in my bag (so glad I packed those). It was a very basic room but you had to slam the door shut for it to actually close the lock was difficult to twist locked and the bathroom toilet kept running and the shower leaked so bad we had to use all the towels to sop it up. I brought these issues up to the management and they did not seem to care.

「Bad staff」
+The rooms were clean and close to restaurants.
−Staff did not want to honor our booking and had to argue to get our rooms. We booked king and settled for queen.

「Do not stay here.」
+There was a roof.
−I’ll never stay here again. Full of roaches! Moldy holes in the wall of the bathroom, half the lights didn’t work and the fridge/microwave was moved into the closet area so we couldn’t hang anything up, we also swiffer mopped upon arrival and the wipes were filthy. The older man that answers the phone and is in the office is super rude. I don’t recommend this place at all.

「Terrible」
−They're infested with cockroaches and put my friend and I in a smoking room when we asked for non smoking on our booking

「Didn’t have the chance because the didn’t honor the confirmation they sent」
+Nothing they confirmed my room then when I got there they said, rather rudely, there were no rooms and to contact the website for a refund

「Didn’t get to stay after I had already paid in full and haven’t recieved a refund」

−I didn’t like that they didn’t have the AUDACITY to give myself or my dad a call or message us BEFORE we drove 4 HOURS to the property to let us know that they had no power or water and they CANCELLED our reservation without letting us know before we traveled. We had to find out in person when we arrived around 9pm. It was a horrible experience. What made it worse was that I paid in advance and when I told them I already paid through Booking, they said I had to call them and let them know. When I called Booking, they told me they had to call the property to confirm what I told them, but they didn’t answer them.

「It was a somewhat cold room with a bed and a shower.」
+Location was the only positive factor
−Lady at the front desk was having a phone conversation the entire time that she was checking me in. Handed me my drivers license and room key, pointed at the room number and walked off. Not once did she speak any English. A thank you would’ve been cool.
