「Air conditioner worked and room was comfortable.」
+Waffle machine , location and donuts .
−Milk container that was used by anyone and opened by taking cap off and then replaced. Eating utensil's not wrapped. Woke up at 3 am by 3 boys and two trucks making loud racing and radio noise in parking lot just North of my room. They stayed and made noise for over thirty minutes . I left early as I could not sleep because of the noise.

「Terrible - if you can afford go somewhere else」
+Location is the only good think at this place.
−If you want to sleep on a bed that the “housekeeper” only straightens the bedsheet and organizes the blanket over it after the earlier guest left, with no real breakfast, not even a decent coffee, that is the perfect place for you. I will never return. I would rather sleep in the car.

+The owners were so polite and kind allowing us an early check-in with out a problem. The rooms are comfortable and were clean but are older. The price was great. We missed out out breakfast so I can't comment on that.

「Will not stay there again poor rating」
+The room was large and was clean.
−Asked for a handicapped room, the toilet was so low to the floor could not use it. The beds were hard as a rock. The breakfast did not include any breakfast meat like sausage and cereal is not much of a breakfast.

−The room was dirty. I have pictures of cigarette ashes all over the floor and a sticky/dirty bathroom floor. The door into the room was broken and wouldn't lock from the inside.
