−The room was filthy. Broken chair, broken sink. Bathtub was pitted and filthy.

−Though it is good but looks pretty old inside from furniture to utilities. All facilities work good nevertheless.

−Needs LOTS of updates. Couch was old and stained. Carpet was stained. Smells like an animal had been in there using the bathroom.
