「The was a subpar apartment but amazing friendly staff」
+Great location. Had our own apartment. Staff was amazing.
−Bedding and towels were clean but stained. Alot of flies. Run down felt more like a sad college apartment. No wash machine like said. No Chromecast as stated in book. Fridge smell and wasn't holding temp that well. No hand soap in bathroom. Our door light didnt work.

「Very friendly staff」
+Good location. Comfortable room.
−Booked and paid for hotel parking space, but my assigned parking spot frequently occupied by other guests’ cars. Each time I had to go to hotel office and the staff had to find another parking space at nearby locations to park

「It was a great apartment aside from those two minor issues We especially loved how accommodating the staff was with lett」
+The apartment was spacious and had very comfortable to stay in! We loved having a kitchen to be able to cook in and a living room to decompress in.
−The shower drain was very slow and when we lifted up the tray/plug, it was very dirty. Luckily the drain started going a lot faster after that. The heaters in the living room weren’t working, but that wasn’t a huge issue since it was still late summer.
