「Excellent stay if you get it at the right price.」
+Wonderful restaurant, good breakfast, excellent location, fairly large room, staff are eager to help, and great value for money.
−Misses out on some small things. Like the sink is too small. The shaving mirror doesn't stay put. Given the size of the bathroom, the layout could've been a lot better. Quality of towels and bed linen could be better. The door opens directly towards the bed, reducing privacy. There was a weird smell throughout the evening which went away later. Room service is iffy - we were three, they gave us one towel. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels. The staff can also be trained better. These are not big issues - just suggestions for improvement. Our overall stay was quite good, particularly considering what we paid for the room.

−it was overpriced 7k/night for 2 person and lot of hygiene issue like there washroom exhaust never worked and i asked multiple time to repair or room change but no action taken by hotel staff..toiletaries only provided when you ask. You cannot ask every time for small thing. Initially AC also not working

+Had a very good experience staying here. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was quiet and spacious enough for our family, which made the stay comfortable. They also provided additional Aqua water free of charge when requested, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

「Good but can get better」
+Clean and staff super helpful
−Some of the rooms didn’t work for the key, it was always on regardless of if we put the key in the slot or not. Phone in one room didn’t work. Would love to have some facility for the drivers to sleep and clean up. Whoever comes and stays in these hotels most like will be driving from somewhere else, so Hotel should make an effort to have some room, beds and rest rooms wash rooms for them to clean up…
