「Super nice place up in the mountains that needs renovation」
+This was our second stay there and it was super nice again. The location is amazing and the rooms super nice. We travelled with our two kids and they loved it.
−The rooms are all 10/10 from our experience but the facilities need updating. The pools need new paint and also fixing of some corners. Feels not clean or new anymore everywhere. Also, we booked via booking and still had to pay 25 CAD per night to use the facilities, which was not on the description at all.

−Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The pool and hot tubs do not open until 11:00, while check-out is at 10:00, meaning guests have no opportunity to use these facilities on the morning of departure. In addition, check-in was only available after 17:00, which leaves very limited time to enjoy the facilities during the stay. The indoor gym was also quite limited, and several of the machines were malfunctioning. Overall, the restricted opening hours and limited availability of the facilities significantly reduced the value and enjoyment of the stay.
