「Much history, while updates should be considered」
+We went to Brixen specifically to stay at this hotel, and to dine in its Michelin starred restaurant. While we were not overall disappointed, we would have expected a little bit better. This historic establishment has a marvelous location and the building itself is quite like a museum when it comes to history, arts and furnishing. We stayed in the main building, in standard rooms. The rooms are clean, but really basic. The bathrooms were very small and showed some wear and tear. Very few amenities (no shampoo, nor conditioner, just shower gel and body lotion). The Spa is well advertised on their website and I was expecting something a bit better. The sauna was small, with little information about the "dress code" (some people were nude, others weren't), the wet sauna was turned off. I was told there is water available, and I am sure there is, but I couldn't find it. Most spas also offer herbal teas, which was not the case here. The pool area with loungers is nice. The pool is lightly heated. I disliked the fitness room. It is extremely small. I gather it might have been a cellar as the ceilings are very low and vaulted - which doesn't make it for it being airy enough to feel confor
+Dit was slechts om te overnachten. Het was prima
+Der var ingen ladestander på hotellet, der er to offentlige i byen
「Disappointing!」
+Extremely unfriendly reception - older lady really poor customer service. The basin water outlet (plug hole) in the bathroom was broken so 2 people came to look finally two hours later a plumber. In the meantime asked us if we’d like another room it would be €15 (and smaller room) . Small room, air conditioning unable to switch off or manage temperature as lowest setting was 23 deg on a very hot day! No extras such as a safe, small bar fridge, kettle or cupboard. The room smelled as if carpet still had stale smoke smell, although non smoking room. No mention of South Tyrol Guest Pass on check in. Breakfast mediocre. I would not recommend.
「Ottima posizione per fare tutte le valli」
+Positiva, l’unica cosa devono cambiare i cuscini

8.0「Family trip on ski」
+The hotel is in the center of the town. The room was clean, cleaned every day. Only the beds had a bit soft mattresses. The breakfasts were good, there was enough of everything, only the breakfast coffee not much for Italy. The staff was always very helpful.
+Molto bello,personale gentilissimo e molyo fifponibile
+Innanzitutto, dicono che hanno una colonnina elettrica per auto , ma ti mandano in una li vicino piubblica. Sul sito dicono che tassa di soggiorno 2 euro a persona ma ne hanno chiesto 3,50

4.0「Outdated Hotel」
+The best about this hotel is that is located in the heart of Ora (Auer) and the bus stop is nearby. Otherwise not many good news: outdated furniture, very, very outdated bathrooms (the tiniest ever), mediocre breakfast and even more mediocre service. Beware of the senior owner as she is ill-tempered, other staff is not particularly friendly either. The maids however are very friendly and thorough. Also note that one cannot check-in before 15:00 hrs under any circumstances, and they make you wait until the clock chimes.
