「Sale et personnel non aimable」
−Révoltant ! -pas de brosse pour nettoyer le fond des toilettes. On prend notre chambre et on voit des traces de défécations au fond. -la baignoire est vieille - le personnel n'est pas souriant et semble hostile (pas de bonjour franc, impression de déranger) - ils ne remplacent pas les serviettes (il nous manquait des serviettes pour faire notre douche). Je ne recommenderai pas cet établissement.

「A comfortable and welcoming hotel in good location」
+Easy access and centrally located. Walking distance to the areas we were interested in visiting. Was very happy to be in a moderate sized place.
−I felt the lack of a stand to place a suitcase, except on the bed. There was no printed information in the room re how to access TV, operate the safe, coffee machine etc. While the ensuite bathroom was fine, clean and bright it was very narrow and would certainly have been difficult to for larger people.

「Good location and friendly staff.」
+Staff were friendly and helpful, with requests such as taxis. Good breakfast and clean comfortable room. The hotel was very central to most of the tourist areas such as Old City and also just across the street from the YMCA, which does great meals and pastries.
−We had coffee machines in our rooms but my friend's one wasn't working most of the time. She did ask for it to be fixed but maybe it went wrong again. There were what looked like fridges in our rooms but they weren't very good at keeping things cool. I like milk with hot drinks so it was a bit inconvenient.

+המיקום. ארחת בוקר מעולה. המתקנים קצת ישנים. צריך לעבור על המתקנים בחדר ולבדוק לפני הגעת האורחים שהכל תקין. אצלנו המתקן של הדוש במקלחת היה שבור. בסך הכל היה מעולה.
−מלון קצת מיושן . אבל מהווה תמורה יפה למחיר. נחזור לשם

「Would absolutely stay again!」
+Loved the location and the included breakfast. The staff were friendly. Cold water and apples in the lobby were great for filling up water bottles and a quick refuel.
