「Excelente hotel para conhecer a cidade de Cairo」
+Educação e profissionalismo dos funcionários, principalmente da Senhora que faz a limpeza no quarto, e dos funcionários da recepção do hotel. Parabéns. O café da manhã é bom.

「Good hotel, don’t use the travel agency」
+Well located, quiet as in a side street
−The room smell at tobacco. We had Toni sort a lot to be able to pay with Visa card, and they wanted to charge a fee, after bargaining we managed to not pay the fee.The travel agency linked to the hotel ripped us off, better to look for another one if you have the chance . The first tour to the pyramids, the driver arrived with 45 minutes late, and the guide was not sharing much information, we really had to push to get around the pyramids , he would stay in front of trhe. And give us very few explanations, he rushed us sometimes, all that to bring us to a papyrus and perfume shops at the end. The 2nd tour was to the white desert, we found out that we paid double the price than the rest, ok, our fault for not bargaining enough, but you expect from the hotel to have vouch for the agency, but the guide again would not share information, we had to ask again and again for information. 「Great Staff, location and room」
+This was my second stay, first time was one the hotel first opened and pretty much 3 years later it is the same. Great location, extra clean, confy bed, big room and above all great staff Youssef, Mohamed and Mo'men were great, very hospitable and attentive.

+الفندق جميل بوسط البلد سعره مناسب الطاقم متعاون جدا جميع الطاقم يتمتع بالهدوء وحسن المعاملة لدرجة لو الغرفة لم تعجبنا او فيها شئ بسيط يتم تغيير الغرفة
−النقطة السلبية الوحيدة انه كان العرض من يحجز فوق 2 ليالي يتم توفير توصيل مجاني من المطار للفندق وانا حجزت 7 ليالي وتم تواصل مع الفندق موعد الرحلة ورقم الرحلة وتم تأكيد انه سيتم توفير توصيل مجاني لكن للأسف لم يتم توفير التوصيل ابدا ، وصلت للفندق بنفسي عن طريق اوبر

「O Egito de modo geral não volto mais, muito menos nesse hotel.」
+Ser próximo às lojas e padarias.
−Rua próximo de ruas sujas. O hotel não recolhe os papéis do lixo nos banheiros, não arrumaram os quartos. Tivemos nós a retirar o papel higiênico.
