「I was very happy with the room and the gentleman who helped us!」
+It was a very nice place. But if anything they need to get a clean trash can by the food. It was full and filthy but staff and room was excellent!
−Was a lot of flys in the eating area, but it is that time of year.

「Bad service, not maintained well, terrible breakfast!」
−Pretty run down, not a lot of maintenance to the building. Booked and paid through booking.com but when we got there we had to wait for 25 minutes in the lobby. There was no one there to give us our room key, other guests said it happened to them also. It was supposed to come with breakfast from 6 to 10 but we went to get breakfast at 6:30 and the waffle maker was out of batter already. The muffins were stale and old, ended up going somewhere else to get breakfast. Not impressed.

「Mildew odor in rooms, no pool or hot-tub」
−The room smelled so badly like mildew it was almost impossible to breathe. We turned off the AC and opened the windows and it helped some but even our clothes that were in the room smelled afterwards. The pool and hot tub area obviously hasn't been available for some time- it was closed the entire time and while work looks started with some equipment strewn about, we never saw anyone working on it. I've stayed in plenty of Econo Lodge and similar motels and this is probably one of the worst I've encountered. The smell still kind of haunts me and honestly I wonder what we breathed in.

+bed bugs, can't get a receipt from the property, they said they would refund our second night because of the bed bugs, but they have not followed up on that promise

−The room had an awful odor, maybe a little musty. Hard to get past it.

「I would not choose it again.」
−Our blackout curtains were riddled with holes-the appeared to be 10-20 years old. (The carpet was new, and beds were comfy.) The exterior of the building was weedy and unkempt.
