「Never again」
−The pictures are very inaccurate to the current conditions of the property. We bad broken furniture in our room, mold in the shower, dogs barking late at night in room next to us, cops everywhere, neighboring room guest accusing us of stealing her cat as soon as we arrived. Beach access but trash all over beach and homeless people sleeping right outside of hotel. We did not stay we immediately grabbed our bags and left.

「Beautiful relaxing and I cant wait to stay again」
+This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Very homey. Relaxing and very comfortable. Right on the beach. All the amenities of home but on the beach. LOVE this place
−The construction across the street was annoying but not the fault of Ebbtide

「No.」
+The property is on the beach. Beyond that, this is not somewhere you want to spend $300 a night for.
−Moldy shower curtain. Visible pipes. Rusted bathroom mirror. Windows that don’t prop open. Old, tired furniture & bedding.
