−I could only get into bed from the foot as the sides were so close to the walls. Bathroom not much bigger than a wardrobe.

「Clean and adequate for a short stay, but unfortunately spoiled by extremely rude and unprofessional staff at checkout.」
+The room was small but clean and tidy. For a short overnight stay and just a few hours of sleep, it was perfectly adequate. The staff on duty in the evening were friendly, welcoming and polite.
−Unfortunately, our experience on the morning of 11 October was extremely disappointing. The male staff member on duty was exceptionally rude, unfriendly and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting us with arranging a taxi, he practically pushed us out of the property without offering any assistance. His attitude was unacceptable and left us feeling very unwelcome. It was a particularly unpleasant ending to an otherwise satisfactory short stay. Hospitality and basic courtesy should be a priority, regardless of how budget-friendly a hotel may be.
