「Intéressant si on ne l’utilise que pour dormir」

「Ça se dégrade…」
+Hôtel très bien situé (3 minutes à pieds de la gare - trains, bus et tramways) et qui a le mérite d’avoir toutes les commodités à proximité (Sainsbury’s, divers cafés, restaurants, centre de shopping, box Park et cinéma si on veut aller un peu plus loin à 15 minutes en tramway).
−- Un seul nettoyage gratuit de la chambre n’est proposé alors que je suis restée 7 nuits (et on ne peut l’obtenir qu’après la 6ème nuit ce qui n’est pas très cohérent). J’ai tout de même pu changer mes draps et serviettes en demandant à l’accueil et en le faisant moi-même. - Une très forte et extrêmement désagréable odeur de cannabis présente dans les chambres du 4e étage le matin et le soir (c’était déjà le cas en août et l’an passé). L’hôtel est affiché « non fumeurs » mais c’est insupportable. - Pas de restauration possible ici (sauf via un distributeur) mais il aurait été agréable d’avoir accès à un espace où l’on peut s’asseoir et discuter ou lire par exemple. Cet espace existe mais il est réservé au coworkeing. Dommage.

「Getting better」
+Has got alot better over the years i must say. Location is key to this hotel sitting oppersite east croydon
−Staff allways seem depressed More storage in rooms. I know this is a budget hotel but the prices charged dont quite match the quality but this hotel is 100% on the up

「Very thankful to find in a room」
+I was appreciative that the hotel managed to fit me in where is my last train was cancelled. They were so helpful. The bed was comfortable. I wish I’d had longer to sleep.

「Good for overnight stay for Gatwick」
+Staff on front desk friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Next door to East Croydon train station. Easy to get from there to Gatwick Airport.
−There was no chair or bedside table. The position of the bed meant you had to climb over your bed companion to get to the bathroom. Basic but clean.
