−You could here the people upstairs every time they took a step. Should have insulated better, but to late for that

+Located in a lovely, safe-feeling suburb of Anchorage, 15 minutes from downtown and the army base. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious, the view from the window of the mountain was nice, and the bathrooms were fully renovated and nice.
−They don't come for housekeeping very often and they don't supply many toiletries (soap/toilet paper). The window shades were decent but not blackout in the Alaskan summer.

+Place was newly remodeled and very clean. Bed was comfortable and staff were very polite.
+Pristine room and bathroom! Staff was so friendly which was much appreciated after a 7 hour drive. We really enjoyed the new and nicely rennovated rooms and felt the beds/pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends!
