「Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta Hotell」
+Vi fick samma rum som förra året och var lika nöjda nu, väldig trevlig personal vid incheckning, generös rum med balkong och underbar utsikt, det fanns gott om kaffe på rummet. Sängen var väldig bekväm.

「Wonderful except for the smell」
+It was a nice hotel room in the center of town within walking distance of lovely little shops. We were only there for one night, but it more than met our needs. The check in host was very friendly and efficient.
−There were very strong air fresheners everywhere. In the hallways and in the rooms. The smell was overwhelming and made me sort of sick. We unplugged the one in our room and shut it in a drawer and opened the window, but the smell was still potent. That is the one reason I likely wouldn't stay there again.

「Beautiful area. Got to see the Palmer area. Easy location and parking.」
+Bed was comfortable and tool was large. It was a refreshed older hotel.
−Strange to not have a personal thé front desk. Not sure I would have felt comfortable if I was solo traveling.

「Definitely money's worth - for stop over during journey」
+Good clean place for a short stay Location - close few facilities
−No front office - Quirky check-in over telephone (had to provide credit card details over phone)

「Don't Pick Room 204 and stay elsewhere if you can」
+The room was a decent size. The location was good. The towels were of good quality.
−There is no check-in attendant. You need to pick up an non-sanitized phone and speak to someone. I wonder how many other people have used this phone and spread germs onto the receiver? At least they could have wipes readily available to wipe the phone before each use. The AC was a floor unit that required you to open the window and vent the air to the outside. It was very loud. The heat did not work - blew cold air. The view was horrible. There's no mention that the view of a wall!!

+Very large room with larger refrigerator & freezer than most hotels. Had kitchen area but no dishes or cooking equipment. Large bathroom area. Very clean. Staff cleaning rooms in AM were friendly and very helpful. Washer/dryer available.
−No one at front desk. Had to check in by phone and get a code to enter my room. Am disabled so had to take several trips to my car when I left. Was locked out of the room at 11:00am as I was trying to get last load to my car. Had to find staff to get into my room. Some people live there, so not everyone was a tourist. No breakfast
