+When I arrived at check in I received a key, I went to the room and the key didn’t work so I called the front desk and they insisted I come back down to get. Replacement key instead of sending a staff member up with the replacement . I had to haul all my bags back down and also wait in line again which took over 30 minutes. I received a second key and the same thing. I waited in line for a second time for 10 minutes. All this caused me to be late to event
−Reasonable accommodation wasn’t made

−There were ants in our room, climbing in the desk and beds. Once reported, the staff moved us to another room. The new room had some leaking underneath the bathroom sink 😕
