「Very friendly hotel close to the centre of the city by the river.」
+The general friendliness of staff throughout our three day stay is great. Our room was a tad small although very comfortable for the room rate paid. Nice to have multiple power sockets either side of the bed. All the breakfasts afforded plenty of choice and were tasty and filling setting us up well for the day out. We also had one evening meal that was equally nice. The once lovely view of the river with rowers and swans from the eating area is now sadly obscured by vegetation. Car parking outside the front is very tight but plenty around the back using the narrow access road.
−Even though we had booked in online before arriving (something that baffles me how/why!) the booking-in was a shambles. Only one key could be found and took far too long to sort out which they didn't so a number of people ended up waiting in the small entrance reception area. The electronic booking-in system does not populate all the required information fields such as car type/reg. On two evenings there was a small group of people in the bar area who were excessively noisy/drunk with feet on seats which the staff were not interested in addressing. Not what we would have expected in a rather upmarket hotel so we didn't stay for a nightcap.

「Relaxing stay, wonderful location, good breakfast.」
+Superb location. Very relaxing stay. Nice atmosphere. Our room had French doors overlooking the river. Wonderful start to the day watching the swans & cormorants.

「Very comfortable and enjoyable」
+Breakfast served in conservatory was good. The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Worcester.
−It was chilly in the conservatory for evening dinner and I had to request radiators turned on. We were not over keen on the number of dogs around

「Good spot for exploring Worcester」
+Easy location for exploring the city. Great breakfast.
−My dad and I booked a twin room, but upon arriving we found it was a double. Luckily, the owner was able to bring a spare mattress in.

「A fab location with great views over the river, beautiful gardens and an excellent breakfast with lovely waiting staff.」
+Great location, period features & beautiful gardens/spaces.
−We were in a great apartment with amazing views, but I struggled with the wardrobe space, there were hooks rather than a rail.
