−Stains on the pillow cases and bathroom walls. Tears in the furniture and multiple iron burns in the carpet. The bathroom light flickered rapidly like something out of a horror movie.

「Awful do not stay here.」

−The location was awful, very hard to find. The property itself was awful, the bedding for the sofa bed was dripping wet and couldn’t use it, the TV did not work at all, light in bedroom constantly flickering, stains over pillow, beds are ROCK solid, the light in our hallway was constantly turning on and off on a sensor, heating didn’t work, chewing gum stuck to wall next to bed. Overall it was awful. Haven’t heard back after complaining about this & asking for a refund. Would never stay again.

「Thankfully only stayed one night」
+Short walk to town centre
−It was in the middle of nowhere just lots of building work going on around it, The beds were very hard and there was a horrible smell in the bathroom

−Not very clean , broken sofa and very dirty . Says no smoking but ciggarets burns on the sofa. Black hairs on the pillows and in the shower like nobody cleaned it before we came. Carpet with stains . Wouldnt stay there again.

「Slitt men ok, dårlig nabolag」
+Grei seng, ganske nær bullring kjøpesenter og primark. Billig, bra kjøleskap
−Matte i dusjen var full av sopp under. Døde vep på gulvet, luktet skikkelig klor ved ankomst. Gulvteppet gjor våre sokker helt svarte bare av å gå en tur over det. Skikkelig dårlig å ha rom rett ved siden av et industriområde som vekket oss tidlig, hørte også veldig godt noen ansatte eller lignende som snakket høyt. Mye lyd ved smelling av dørene

「Decent enough as we were ‘in and out’ of the property for one night only. It is clean and comfortable enough but there」
+Ideal location for a concert in Digbeth. Shower was reasonable with plenty of hot water.
−Noisy as other residents entered the building. Not up to the standard of other aparthotels we have used.

「It was a good stay with kitchen facilities and with a separate room」
+We don't have breakfast, location was good but I don't feel safe to walk at night.

−We were left outside in the cold waiting for the cleaner to finish to then find the bedding and mattress was badly stained looked like blood unable to use bed , i did contact owner but no reply, the mattress is solid the carpet are also badly stained, very little plates etc to use in kitchen toaster isn't working right u have to hold it on , it is out of the way very scary at night theres no shops , cafes etc close ,by taxis have to go all the way around town because of one ways , I wouldn't stay again hygiene is a big thing and blood isn't great to be left
