「Our stay was excellent!」
+I liked that we could check in early. The gentleman in charge was very professional and helpful.
−The mattress was not too good but it didn't matter as we were very tired.

「Good value for the money」
+There was a microwave and fridge. The basics were clean (bed, chairs, bathroom, etc) The staff (owner?) was friendly. There was a great restaurant across the street for breakfast (The Full Plate) It wasn't a fancy hotel, but I didn't expect that for the price.
−The microwave and fridge were a bit dirty inside and the top of the cabinet that held them was very dirty (I couldn't see it, but my taller husband could)

+Staff was friendly, location was decent, room was clean, price was great
−One bed for 4 people, we had to bring a cot, Construction made it harder to get into the property

「It was awesome.」
+No meal plan in booking. But the Staff gave water, milk and corn to microwave. I appreciate that. He helped me call a taxi in the morning.
−I think everything was okay with me based on my reservation.

「Sorry but cannot stay here again and would NOT recommend to anyone.」
+This motel has deteriorated tremendously since we were here 2 years ago. I cannot stay here again unless there is a TOTAL remodel. It was horrible. Unfortunately they charged my credit card before I arrived or we would have left.
−Bed. Sheets. Pillow. A/C noisy. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Bathtub tap had scotch tape around it. Bathroom sink was outside of bathroom because that room was so small. Badly in need of wall repairs and paint.

「Clean, basic accommodations with excellent staff」
+The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff person was exceptionally friendly, and told us if we needed anything like more towels, etc. to let him know. Netflix was included so we enjoyed watching a movie.

「Fraud at online payment, be aware」

−Fraudulent Indian accent front desk representative lady. they advise you to book online. When you return to check in with their given time, they will deny check in with No refund. Never pay their charges before you check out as they may deny your paid booking.
