「Phenomenal Staff; Delightful Dining」
+Staff here is always exceptional and professional. My initial difficulties with room location were quickly abated due to their phenomenal customer service! The dining experience is gastronomically and visually stunning. Very lovely return.
−Time of year for upgrading and painting. Though encouraging overall, was difficult for my sensitive respiratory system. Was resolved by changing floors. Will make a note to staff before arrival in the future for a more seamless check in.

「I wouldn't stay again.」
+The hotel was beautiful. The burger I had was one of the best I ever had.
−I had booked the hotel because it offered free shuttle to the airport. That didn't happen. I ended up paying close to $125 for taxi to and from the airport. I had mentioned this to the short blonde girl at the desk, that it was false advertising, she didn't care. She had bit of an attitude. I asked if she was going to pay for my taxi, she basically ignored the question and asked if there was anything else she could do. I asked again, she said she couldn't. I then suggested maybe a meal voucher for the restaurant, she couldn't do that either. I have noticed since returning home they have changed the wording in their listing, but I did find this. The complimentary airport shuttle operates on a restricted schedule from October to March, running Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm. This wasn't in the booking when I originally booked my reservations. I also found out that the day I stayed the price of the same room I had went down about $30. Of course I couldn't change it because it was non-refundable. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received, by the girl at the front desk. I planned this trip almost a half a year out and have a budget. I really felt like some compensation sh

−Mattress a little firm for me personally. Also the £50 hold as needed a physical card rather than just Apple Pay was inconvenient.
