+The owner was really nice and helped me. I asked for an earlier check-in, and he managed everything. The room is very minimalistic, but if you are staying for a really short period of time, then at least it has everything that you need - a comfortable bed, clean pillowcase and towels.

+Entry to the property was smooth. Found clean towels on the bed. The location was good, easy to access.
−The property is located on a main road, and the noise from passing cars was clearly audible. The facilities felt outdated and not very hygienic. During the night and early morning, there was noticeable noise from someone moving around on the ground floor and using the kitchen, which made it very difficult to sleep. The bed was also uncomfortable, adding to the poor rest experience. Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room. The walls are quite thin, so noise from people walking nearby could easily be heard.

「Good value for money」
+Good value for 3 night stay. The property is located in a good location, having bus stops just outside. Arnos Grove, Totteridge and Whetstone tube stations are nearby with good connectivity. There's a tesco just outside the property as well.
−No ID verification during check-in and checkout process, which felt quite odd. Toilets could have been more clean and room cleaning should be done on a daily basis. Basic facilties like slippers would be helpful.
