−Unclear Situation with the breakfast and staff from the Restaurant saying they had no idea who the owner of bed and breakfast is. This felt unhonest and confusing.

+De kamer was mooi en brandschoon. Goed geregeld met de pasjes & codes om in te checken.
−De kamer was gelegen naast een drukke weg, daarvan had je wat geluidsoverlast. En onze verwachting was dat er twee slaapkamers waren, maar er bleek een ruimte met bed en extra slaapbank. Dit was in de beschrijving en op de foto’s niet duidelijk.

−Il palo della doccia del bagno si staccava frequentemente dal muro. Le indicazioni per trovare le chiavi erano sbagliate, niente di irreparabile ma meglio fare un controllo prima di inviare le mail

「Davvero ottimo!」
+La stanza era piccola ma carinissima, moderna e accogliente. Il bnb è in un posto strategico: lontano dal caos del centro, ma comunque molto vicino alle attrazioni principali, alle quali si può arrivare a piedi se hai voglia di camminare o con i mezzi, la cui fermata è a pochi passi dall'ingresso della struttura. Il personale, che abbiamo spesso sentito per mail, è stato sempre pronto e attento alle nostre esigenze. Il ristorante al piano di sotto, dove abbiamo fatto la colazione durante il nostro soggiorno, ha personale gentile e disponibile e una buona qualità dei piatti. Consiglio vivamente! Ci tornerei.

+Excellent property with respect to location and facilities provided inside the hotel. Best part of the hotel is the behaviour of it's staffs..

「A little gem a stones throw from the city」
+We loved our stay here! The breakfasts were always amazing and it felt like a treat to be having cafe quality food instead of your traditional hotel buffet. The location is great and a bus stop is right outside if you don’t want the walk. Our host was very responsive and replied straight away whenever we needed (including when we forgot our key card and locked ourselves out!).
−Only down side is the luggage storage, if needed before check in or after check out. The storage cupboards don’t lock properly and are in the courtyard shared by the cafe (so not waterproof either). The host suggested we could ask the cafe if they would store for us instead but we had already found a secure paid storage locker in the city centre.
