「Didn't sleep a wink」
+20 min walk to city
−No sleep ! Room next door, people coming and going, doors slaming until 5am. Goodness only knows what was going on. Nowhere to park in surrounding narrow streets, residents put cones out to reserve spaces. Lack of communication from host with check in details. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridor and room on arrival. Black mould around shower frame.

−Not this location, property, or layout. After booking this property, received message that there was a problem with it and was asked if another "similar" was ok instead. It was NOT similar. The listed property was had en suite, whereas the one we ended up in had a shared bath and was right next to the kitchen with someone cooking at midnight.

「Bad. Dishonest. Lazy」
+Was moved to an alternative property last minute. Had to message for new address and access code.Not a studio apartment Not an ensuite. No cooking facilities. All of which I'd paid for. Wasnt in a good area. Didnt feel secure in the property. Very loud.

「Had a comfortable stay . It’s ideal for Croke park. Big Lidl was handy and a few nice pubs」
+It had everything in it but was a bit on the small side . Perfect if you are going to Croke park

+Location was great, near bus stop, restaurants n supermarket The team were responsive n helpful.
−Think the team should change the non-stick pans as there are scratches, the non stick layer came out n not feasible for cooking. It's a health hazard.

「Scam rental nothing as advertised」

−It was Dirty… beds looked used.. we felt uncomfortable and unsafe using a shared bathroom which was not as advertised..the tv did not work…

−Location, lack of personal safety. No front door to be able to be locked. People urinating outside the front door, 5pm, very drunk & drug affected. Did not feel safe. I left after 15 minutes, i did not stay here. I have tried to get a refund from booking.com but they have not responded to my communications or requests for refund
