−The other people too noisy, they didn’t respected quite time, I felt a little bit scared of the people there. There were a lot of people besides the guests coming into the property. The place looked clean but old. Not well maintained and dirty

「Good for a weekend, no longer than that!」
+The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The host let me check in earlier.
−The location was ok, it wasn't the best, I would call it hood adjacent. The outside was dirty, and the gate was broken. I didn't get BNB vibes, more like a rooming house. The walls were dirty, the kitchen floor was broken, and the cabinets were sticky. the vanity in the bathroom, and had a huge piece of grey electric tape. Lastly, the AC was extremely dirty, and the smoke alarm was missing in my room. Also, the other guests were smoking either cigarettes or marijuana
