「It’s a comfortable place to stay, location is good for shopping and restaurants near by.」
+Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable.
−Ac was broken in lobby and bar area. Temporary problem so not a big deal.
「Great Experience」
+Spent the weekend here for a sports card show - our first time here. Easy to find, great location and excellent staff. I had changed my reservation type several times and Mia was extremely gracious each time I called. When we checked in we were greeted by a super friendly staff & all our questions answered. Room was spacious and super clean. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next morning and were easily accommodated. Several well known restaurants in the area within walking distance (good for us as we were hauling a trailer). Spent some time in the bar after dinner and had the best time w/ the ladies working there. Check out was easy and Valaryan made sure we were satisfied. Could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this hotel when in Lubbock.

「Terrible!!!」
−There 1 employee working at the time of check in. She was working the bar, serving 2 other customers. We waited at the front counter 15 minutes before she walked over to check us in. I understand she was the only one working however, she should have acknowledged us to let us know we were not being ignored. I kept looking for a bell or someone to come out from behind the wall. Bathroom was dirty, including the floor. Beds were worn and not comfortable. We will not be staying here again.

「Very disappointing stay, not our typical Marriott goodness...will not be booking at this location.」
+Location was only good thing I can report as this was expensive and very disappointing with our usual stays with Marriott.
−Breakfast had to be ordered and they were out of almost everything on the menu. Fridge in room did not work and no microwave. Never saw a maid the whole time we stayed and initially couldn't even find my reservation. If I hadn't had my confirmation number then not sure we would have had a room even though my card had already been fully charged!

「Bad location」
−There were people drinking alcohol at the pool and a guest was letting their child throw up in the pool and keep swimming. The hot tub wasn’t working and the cleaning staff was loud in the hallway I could hear them from my room. They were on the phone.
「Ok not great」
+Hot l does not give a free water to Marriott Bonvoy gold level members. Despite lowering the AC to 66 degrees in the room the temperature never rally got comfortable. Hotel is clean but bathrooms in need of an update. Staff lacks friendliness and hospitality training
+The hotel is in an ok area, just an older property sort of run down. Probably would not stay again.
