−Rooms are old and need updates. Shower head wall attachment visibly exposed, last time the hairdryer fell off the wall when using it. Homeless camps not far from the hotel

「A warm inviting, clean, comfortable accommodation that was overseen by an excellent staff member, topped off with value」
+The man on reception was simply excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. He really stole the show. An excellent employee with potential to rise in the hospitality sector. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, a great shower and very comfy bed. Excellent value for money.

「Crap」
+They ask for bigger deposit once u get there. As soon as I took my dog for a walk they entered my room to look around stole cash from me then asked me to leve the property because I was smoking funny thing I don't smoke. And they are trying to keep my deposit after making me leve a day into my 3 day stay without any money back. They are crooks.

「If I ever go back to Eugene, I’ll look for different accommodations.」
+Several breweries nearby. Easy access to interstate. 15 minutes to airport.
−Cramped. Saw a few spiders in the room. Parking spaces are VERY narrow. Powdered coffee cream is awful.

「Decent stay, would return.」
+Cute, everything worked and was it was clean. Decent value. Easy walk to plenty of food options.
