「It was a nice place scenic wise but I don’t think I would stay there again.」
+I like the fact that my room was next to the river.
−I ate dinner the first night and was shocked to spend $46 for a cheeseburger and fries and tilapia and two juices. This place is in Ecuador and the food prices were ridiculous. I did not eat there again, it was just too expensive for average food. The property did not have things to do as listed in their description. No movie night, no entertainment, no game room. Just a pool table, no library. I was disappointed and I had to leave the property to eat and find things to do. It was pretty far from downtown Tena. Taxi was from $6-$8

「It’s a nice place to relax」
+Sound of the river was nice. The hammocks on the 2nd floor were nice, and it was a great place to view the sunrise. The jungle plants add to a unique environment.
−There was some debris, maybe from geckos, that dropped onto the bed. Someone below us was in a squeaky hammock or something, but it stopped after I mentioned it to a staff member.

「Pura naturaleza」
+Lo cerca que estaba la naturaleza, y el personal, que siempre fue muy atento
−Qué a pesar de qué en la habitación había una rejilla especial instalada para que no entraran moscos ni otro tipo de animales, no se terminamos encontrando con animales grandes, un poco incómodos

−We left this stay a day earlier than planned because we were so deeply let down by our time here. I was supposed to finally be able to relax on vacation, and all I experienced was one frustration after another including staff, accommodations, the experiences offered, and what I thought I was able to enjoy when I initially booked the stay. Unfortunately I don’t even want to go through all of the details and give this experience more of my time. All I can say is I was incredibly disappointed and I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

「Gorgeous rainforest retreat」
+Fabulous staff! Amazing location right on the Napo river but only 10 minute taxi from the nearest town. Really felt deep in the wildlife. Edison , Nico ànd the young lady at breakfast were all amazing , helpful engaging and friendly , spoke excellent English
−Sulfur smell from shower water but it’s water from the river so to be expected

「Great place for a short stay to get back to nature」
+Beautiful grounds. Natural environment. Felt like I was camping but with a bed vs a sleeping bag. The staff was all very friendly. Very relaxing place to stay to experience a bit of nature. The pool and hammocks were great spots to relax
−Location was further from Tena that I thought (my fault for not looking at the map closely enough). Our room had large holes in the screens which allowed more bugs. The front desk staff took my questions but didn't always reply - I had to follow-up several times for answers The 2-3 hour night hike we booked through them started late and lasted only 45 minutes
