+The location was excellent with close proximity to centre of Coolum. View from our room was excellent. Overall the experience was excellent
−The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. (it was mostly ok but some areas not cleaned as good). We had no other areas of concern.

+Lovely apartment and the position gives a perfect view of the beach and the sea. Best thing about the apartment is the view of the sea. It really is spectacular. I was lucky to be on the 5th floor. I hadn’t asked so I really was very lucky. Thank you Tracy who booked me in Lower floors have no view of the sea. I cant tell you which floors start to get the view so you should check. I know floor 2 has no view. Only a view of the traffic not the beach. Luckily, as I say the kind and helpful Tracy at reception put me on the 5th floor. Be aware that the apartments are all privately owned so the quality of decor varies. Our apartment had a great LVP Wood effect floor which really worked. Annoyingly, the Wood effect stopped at the bedrooms and they had a carpet that somehow didn’t really feel fresh. They were lots of small things about the apartment that I really liked. Excellent bathroom lighting Hooks behind the front door for your coats when you came in. Plenty of pegs to hang up washing. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and cooking pans and equipment. A great fridge and freezer. The night manager is particularly helpful as is Tracy on reception. The management company are really lucky t
−The apartments on one Side at a higher level have a wrap around balcony which means you get the sun all day. We were in the middle of the block and only had the sun until about 11am and then we were in the shade which was a shame. I’m not sure if the apartments on the other side of the block get much sun at all. You will have to ask before you book. Back to the side of the block that I don’t think gets much Sonn was being renovated when we were there. The apartment could do with a few more hangers for guests. Clean enough but still a lot of dust when we arrived in patches and a dirty roasting pan in the oven The apartment was nminally clean. Things that you couldn’t see were dirty. The floor under furniture in the sitting room. The Dyson Hoover was full of dust and had to be cleaned before it could be used. The bath and the toilets were okay, but not really clean. When I came to use the dryer it had not been cleaned out at all and was heavily soiled with dust despite the sign saying that dust in the machine is a fire hazard. The lack of attention to detail in the cleaning was made more irritating as there is a big sign in the apartment saying to make sure you clean up before you va

「Loved the relaxing vibe of Coolum. Caprice is very handy to everything, free car park. Overall we loved our time there!」
+Great location , views fabulous and the apartment was spacious (ocean view 1 bedroom room)
−It is being done up but regardless still very tired, reception area was not welcoming (no information on how to get into our room on arrival) The lifts are slow and the whole building was not very clean or smart. No service provided to rooms.

「Absolutely perfect location, we will definitely stay again」
+Absolutely stunning location, gorgeous views of Coolum & close to everything we wanted. All of the staff & even the construction workers we came across were all wonderfully helpful.
−The main bed was a bit hard for us, the ensuite shower flooded the floor and the washer/dryer stained our white clothes.
