+The room was nice and big
−The homeless walking around, not enough parking lot for all the rooms. And when we opened our curtains not only was our view of a concert wall and an air condition unit, but there was a dead rat on top of it!! EWWW

「Great staff, everything is close by!」
+Conveniently located
−Parking is horrible I’m in an oversized truck and when the oversized parking area is full of small and midsized vehicles while 95% of the parking that is for customers is empty was a little frustrating but I know that is out of the control of the facility. All they can do is ask the patrons to park in the correct lot like I was asked to park in the oversized vehicle area

+Cadence was lovely. Very helpful.
−Toilet wouldn't flush. Cadence came in there and plunged it. Also, the walls are so thin you could here everyone snoring.
