「Extremely overpriced for such poor quality.」
+Front desk and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.
−This place needs a complete upgrade. Room was sparse, no hooks or towel bars. Towels were threadbare, pillows flat and stale. Very dated, worn, not maintained and dirty.

「If it weren’t for a wedding that we were attending here, I wouldn’t have stayed.」
+Nice that it’s a facility large enough for events like a wedding and overnight accommodations
−It’s aged. The rooms and bathrooms are dated and in need of renovation. The sound proofing between floors was terrible. We had a first floor room and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us. It was VERY pricey for what it was.

「Penny pinching rip-off」
+The food in the restaurant was gross. I got the macaroni and cheese. It was not baked macaroni as you might expect. It was boiled pasta with an extremely thin, watery cheese sauce poured over it. It was then topped off with a few onion strings. I would never eat there again. The coffee in the room was not good, so in the morning I decided to see if the restaurant had coffee. It turns out, the restaurant is only open for dinner. So I inquired as to how a guest could get a decent cup of coffee. I was told I could pay $2.00 for a cup that was adjacent to the front desk. Really? Cheap, penny pinching motel mentality masquerading as a real hotel.
