+The staff were the best bit about this hotel. They were all so lovely and went out of their way to help. You come out of the ocean and they bring your towel too you. Everything from pick up from airport to arrival to hotel was fantastic. Ben was our favourite staff member.
−The rooms were dated. Blinds had stains all over them, walls had marks and mould in corner of shower.

+Love that it was just infront of the beach. The staff gives you towels when you’re about to swim or just lay down the lounge chairs!

+Great staff , Awsome hospitality, Excellent service - right from receiving at Caticalan airport to hotel and then back - from start to end - great hospitality. Excellent location. They managed to arrange us halal breakfast - when requested.

+The whole experience starting with the private boat transfer, warm welcome, amenitys in the room with beach bag and slippers, fresh fruits in the room. Great beachfront location, great food, and special taken care of guest relations pool services man Ben. He made our stay extra-enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

「Helheten bra och guldvärt med transfern.」
+Transfer till och från flygplatsen var toppen och smidigt speciellt om man har barn. Rent rum och skön säng. Små kackerlackor i badrummet men ingen fara. Säng matta på stranden var toppen att ligga på och bra service där. Toppen med fri glass och popcorn. Barnen älskade det. 1 fri bakelse till rummet var trevligt samt välkomms mango och lite choconut var trevligt med tofflor och påse.
−Game rummet kunde vara utrustad bättre. PlayStation funkade typ inte, hade nog bara 1 spel också. Juice till frukost rann långsamt och tog tid att få. Brödet var också rätt torrt lite hårt.
