「Wonderful hotel with clean modern rooms and delicious breakfast」
+Staff so helpful, rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. We stayed before and after our trek and they stored our luggage while we were away.
−For the room before the trek was 10/10- a big comfortable room looking onto street. After trek we had an internal room which was a lot smaller and noisier as could hear other rooms - but we would still recommend this hotel

「A true home away from home in Cusco, with exceptional family-run hospitality.」
+If you're reading reviews to decide whether to book this place, don't hesitate! As frequent travelers, we usually stay in high-end hotels, and this one far exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was more than I could have hoped for, and the hotel truly felt like home. With Cusco's high altitude, our host's warmth and helpfulness made all the difference, which is exactly what you need as a tourist. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, so there are no worries there. It's also worth knowing that this is a family-owned hotel, which makes it even better. We trust family-run places more because the owners take real pride in their property. If I'm ever back in Cusco, I'll book here first and plan my activities around my stay. A huge thank you to the mother, her daughters, and the rest of the staff. ¡Muchas gracias!

「Lovely hotel in a good central location. Staff do friendly and helpful」
+Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and clean. Delicious breakfast. Stored our luggage while we were in 5 day trek.
−The room we had before trek was amazing. Big room and view out to road/ mountains. The room after the trek was an internal room, we could hear the shower and conversation from the next room and it was quite small, but overall our experience was very good.

「Very good stay for us!」
+It was a great stay for us! The owners were super kind and hospitable. Whatever you might need, they will help you with. Also conveniently close yo centro historico. Very good lavanderia close by too, and that was really important to us traveling with backpacks. Highly recommended!
−Street looking rooms can sometimes get noisy during the night (traffic, not night clubs).

+Staff were amazing, so helpful & polite, could not do enough for you. Very clean room, great breakfast. Had a lift (great for luggage)
−Rooms were a bit smaller than other properties but very functional. Plumbing at times was a bit loud.
