「Great Staff」
+The staff (Digna) was full of smiles, courteous, respectful, and willing to help. The room was clean, has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee supplies, and shower supplies. The price was very affordable and the location was quiet and not far from the highway.
−The mattress and pillow were fair but needs to be upgraded. I could feel the mattress spring which was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. Just a quick fix and it will be perfect.

「Enough for the price you pay. Very convenient & it was quiet!」
+Easy to find, good value and even though older motel was clean and had fridge & microwave
−At first at check in the staff member said I hadn’t paid in full through booking.com and tried to charge me again. I showed her both my booking.com receipt and my credit card receipt showing I paid over a month ago. She couldn’t log onto the site & asked me to stop back after dinner so she could confirm payment with her son. She still gave me a room key and wasn’t difficult just wanted to confirm payment was made. Understandable

「Great value for the accommodations being so quiet, and not being pestered every time you go outside!」
+Way closer to work, 15 min drive instead of 45 min drive from Council Bluffs. Extremely quiet! I really like the cameras all over. I feel my vehicle is safe. Have not seen any addicts hanging around pestering me when I go outside. Which was also part of the reason for leaving the "Quality Inn" in Council Bluffs. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
−The water tastes like the piping goes to a well rather then city water. Maybe install filters or replace existing filters. it is definitely not the worst water I have drank though.

「Would not book there again or refer someone else to stay there.」
+Bed was fairly comfy
−Rug was stained, bed comforter had a dirt mark on it, bathroom was tiny and had a dead fly on the shower floor, chair was lopsided and un-sitable.
