「Great location」
+The location is excellent
−Airconditioning is changed from cooling to heating based on date - not weather. This means that when conditions are warm your option is to open the window which means being pestered by mosquitos and noise from pigeons.

「Bad stay, never again.」
+Location is central, and parking in the area is taken care of of by the property.
−The photos on the page showing the roof room only. So when i reserved a room ( not roof) i expected a view out of the window. The room was called 2b, under no circumstance take that room!!!! Or that floor!! The view to the back of the building with the smell of the back of the restaurant and the bird droppings is not good. Not possible to open a window and there is no view just garbage. The sofas have no cover but the linen so not possible to sleep as the buttons push into the body. The shower overflow all over the floor and there was no possibility to collect the water but to through towels on the paddle. I wrote to the property with no response till the next day. I didn’t care anymore as we just left and did not stay the second night. Also booking did not call me back at all and a week later still no reaction from them.

「Super Tipp für Modena」
+Super lage, um die Ecke der piazza duomo. Der Anbieter hat den Einfahrt mit dem Auto in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone autorisiert, wir konnten bis zur Haustür fahren, ausladen und nachher 100 m entfernt parken. Das Appartement ist neu, modern, komplett ausgestattet. Im letzten Stock gibt es zudem ein grosser gemeinsamer heller Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und Blick auf Piazza. Kann als Alternative zu eigenem Appartement mitbenutzt werden.
