「It was a great room for 3 travellers to all stay together. Would stay there again」
+We loved the 3 bed suite. It was spacious and clean
−Managers had to come in to our suite to get to breaker room. Toilets ran loudly all night

「Ist okay. Zentrale Lage und sauber.」
+Wir hatten ein Appartement. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines mit einem Whirlpool im Zimmer. Die 2 Bäder waren.neu und sauber.
−Frühstück war inklusive. Aber es war im "Subway". Es gab enen Kaffee und einen Frühstücks-Burger. Das war nichts.

+The cleanliness of the room, considering that the property was undergoing renovations.
−The location was not well signed, the property was not as described by Booking.com, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the showerhead was not working, the air-conditioningunit was extremely noisy, there were, no tissues provided, the ice-making machine could not be found, and the complimentary breakfast, provided at the next door Subway shop was of a sub-standarded nature, served by a very disinterested and unfriendly person. This Inn should not be charging it's large fee for services not actually provided.

「Understanding staff - will call next time」
+Didn't end up staying - staff was understanding and kind
−It would have been better to just book with the hotel directly

「I didn't stay there at all.」
−I booked two rooms. They told me only one was available. I had to get another hotel. I checked in advance 4 times the day before our arrival. Spelled out the names the the rooms were booked for and was told the 2nd room wasn't available. Then after we got another hotel, we were told that the room booked for my sister in law hadn't been checked into. We prepaid for one night that we didn't get to stay there.

「A place to rest for the night, nothing more.」
+The stay was ok, not exceptional. It was nice and cool on an extremely hot day.
−The front line staff was on the phone with someone in her own language the whole time she was checking us in. The air con was really close to one person and was very noisy.
