+Greeting on arrival was fantastic, so happy and gave us all the information we needed. Great sized room, everything was clean and no issues. Good location for walking to town center.

+It was good staying there but the only thing we had was we were really itchy in the unit. We got bitten a lot but we’re not sure what it was so you might need to get the carpets clean. It seems like it might be bedbugs because I wasn’t itchy like this before till I got there.
−And I do think that you need to have this looked at ASAP before somebody else goes into the unit and get itchy and stretch really bad like me and my daughter that stayed there for one night

「Room was surprisingly quiet」
+Friendly staff and surprisingly quiet given its near train line and main road. Comfortable and clean
−Didn't have any disability parking and parking was not allocated to rooms so lucky to get the last parking space at night after music event. There was a huge truck passed across two spaces at the front entrance that staff said I could use as I've got disabilities and need to open door wider than drivers without disabilities.
