「Great for a quick overnight on route to your destination.」
+The hotel has a really great vibe. Very western chic. Most everything feels new and fresh. Reception staff were helpful and so pleasant! While there are no individual balconies, there’s a shared one with pretty views. Breakfast was run of the mill. But nice to have!
−The drain in our shower was very (grossly) slow, but maintenance was informed, and hopefully, it’s already fixed! I do wish I’d known that the hotel sits up a hill, and is not walkable to anything. That said we drove to a very good Mexican restaurant, across the street/highway.

+The Bunkhouse was beautifully decorated, room was nice & beds were cozy. I would stay here again. Breakfast was great bonus also.
−No bar or restaurant on site & it is a drive to those places, Safeway is close by but still a drive Everything else is top notch!

「Will recommend and stay again.」
+My stay was very comfortable and convenient, staff was friendly with great customer service. My room was clean and I slept very well. Bed and pillows provided were exceptional, loved that the window opened and I could enjoy a morning breeze.
−More areas to sit outside, maybe a nice bench or table and chairs away from the front door. I liked the bench in the foyer with the stone, It would of been nice to see one out the side doors to just enjoy the sun and the fresh air.

「Got the job done, but at $250/night, crazy over priced.」
+The place is clean and pretty new, which is an advantage. They have a good breakfast--far superior to what you usually get at a breakfast included place in the US.
−The room is chock full of LEDs--everywhere you look. We had to use all the towels in the bathroom to cover them because the room just can't get dark at night. Our "suite" had a full size refrigerator, which I thought was a great idea until I had to sleep near it. It was loud. Coupled with the AC unit and the place was noisy. I wouldn't stay there again.

「Always a must when traveling through Madras」
+The Bunk House is a must stay every time we come through Madras. It is always a comfortable stay. The hotel is rustic and charming all in one. And the breakfast is amazing!
