−When I was checking out the front desk clerk refused to give me the $50 cash deposit I gave him the night before, he said he was keeping it because I had my service animal k9 Caesar in the room and they didn't allow animals in the rooms, I showed him the identification id 🆔🪪 for my K9 service animal and explained to him about law's for Americans with disabilities act and that he was breaking the law and he basically told me to f off and laughed like he's done it to lot's of other people and I never got the money back

−We weren't able to stay in the room because of blood all over the walls and bed. People's left over alcohol and drinks in the fridge. Hair and dirty bathroom. Dirty hand prints all over walls. It felt like a health concern for me.

−The ceiling light wasn’t working and one of the light lamps on the then side of the bed wasn’t working. Their bathroom didn’t have hand soap. The room didn’t smell okay. They did not have an ice machine. The laundromat room was dirty.
