+Decent hot shower, nice refrigerator.
−Generally, very dirty and not kept up at all. Much smaller than the photos show.

「Uncomfortable」
+Love the location. It's near the event I was supposed to be in and the neighborhood/area is safe and quiet.
−The unit/room is very old. There needs to be updating of furniture and other fixture. The door knob of the restroom is rusty. Bugs were manageable. The bed is squeaky and the mattress isn't comfortable to sleep in. I had a hard time sleeping. The curtains are damaged - doesn't help with the ambiance of the room. The door knob of the main door looks sketchy - didn't make me feel safe. The shower head is rusty. The heater works well though. The room could've been decent enough if it's thoroughly maintained. Complimentary drinking water would also be nice.
