「Comfortable stay in a great location」
+Very friendly staff, great location with easy airport access and excellent public transport connections, and a spacious room with a view of the National Museum. Overall, great value for money!
−Paying cash on-site was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal.

+La amabilidad del PERSONAL, se portaron genial, nos explicaron todo perfectamente, nos dieron consejos de turismo, tuvieron detalle de bienvenida al saber que era un viaje sorpresa. La UBICACIÓN, es perfecta tanto del aeropuerto con el bus 100e, metro tranvía y autobuses muy cerca. DESCANSO la cama cómoda. DETALLE nos dejaban cápsulas de café. MALETAS servicio para dejar las maletas una vez hecho el checkout.
−Por decir algo... Los baños un poco anticuado (pero funcional). La tele muy muy pequeña.

「Boa localização e quarto bonito」
+O quarto era bem bonito, os funcionários simpáticos.
−O hotel fica no 2o andar, mas até você chegar na recepção o acesso é bastante assustador. Muito feio mesmo, no Brasil diríamos que é um cortiço. Fiquei muito assustada. Outros pontos: o ralo do chuveiro esteve totalmente entupido 100% do tempo, avisei 1x por dia. Também não houve a prometida limpeza diária do quarto, nem a reposição do café, chá e toalhas, combinados.

+Room was comfortable. Staff was amazing. Location was great - very close to stops for all of the public transportation options. Loved being able to open the window look outside and get some fresh air.

「Had a wonderful stay and visit in Budapest, I'd stay here again or recommend.」
+Staff - Vanessa and her colleagues - were fantastic. Attentive and professional, great recommendations and appreciated from a "local" point of view. Location was perfect for my first trip. So easy to walk or catch the tram or metro. Room - spacious, comfortable and clean.
−Other guests in the hallway or groups visiting from room to room were loud. Not the hotel's fault, but it's an old building and not soundproofed so guests who need absolute silence should be prepared.

「Attentive and helpful staff, but significant improvements are needed in housekeeping, maintenance, and overall room comf」
+The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to assist.
−Unfortunately, several aspects of the accommodation fell short of my expectations. Housekeeping was one of the main issues. Daily room cleaning should be a standard service rather than something guests must request through WhatsApp. The floors were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as documented in my photographs. Fresh towels, coffee supplies, and other basic housekeeping services were not automatically provided and had to be specifically requested. The bedding was another disappointment. Although the room had a king-size bed, the comforter was noticeably smaller than the bed itself. Regardless of whether the room is occupied by one or two guests, the bedding should be appropriately sized for the bed provided. The electrical system was particularly frustrating. When I attempted to use my personal hair dryer, the electricity went out. The same appliance worked perfectly well in other accommodations during my European trip. This was an unexpected and inconvenient situation that raised concerns about the apartment’s electrical system. To make matters worse, the bathroom flooded during normal shower use. The shower/jacuzzi area lacked a proper glass enclo
