+Excellent hosts coffee or tea on arrival so hospitable Location brilliant hotel clean beds so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice and hot best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Thanks Sue it was brill

「Great location for a Blackpool visit」
+Amazing location on North side at Bispham and just opposite the tram stop which is brilliant for getting into Blackpool. If one thing makes this hotel special, it’s the breakfast. Also two great lounges with sea views to sit and have a quiet drink from the on site bar.

「Location ok staff and breakfast was amazing」
+Clean hotel and room, staff were great and the breakfast was a 10 out of 10
−WiFi wasn't the best, maybe suggest some WiFi boosters that would make a difference

「lovey view of the sea and some of the illuminations. very relaxing」

「I would have no hesitation staying here again but perhaps ask for a bigger room if I was staying longer than one night」
+It was nice, Friendly staff , close to centre and clean .
−I was travelling alone on my Motorcycle and the couple who own the property were kind enough to offer me secure parking if required, The room I occupied was really small but sufficient for my one nights stay .

+Frühstück sehr gut mit großer Auswahl - sehr freundlich Mitarbeiter immer bereit zu helfen. In ruhiger Lage aber auch nicht weit weg von Zentrum.

「4 night holiday stay」
+Fantastic hotel, great location the hotel owners Sue and Tony were fantastic very very helpful Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel with a fantastic breakfast.
