「Un établissement avec un certain charme, mais sans plus」
+L'accueil de l'équipe, la proximité avec la ligne de bus pour se rendre en ville, le bar et le restaurant globalement de qualité. Un établissement avec un certain charme.
−Monter un étage sans ascenseur avec des valises de 20 kg... (heureusement qu'on n'en avait qu'un), l'isolation assez mauvaise (on entendait les voisins parler dans la chambre voisine et les discussions dans les couloirs...), les portes qui claquent à cause du système de fermeture et de l'absence de retenue des voyageurs, le rideau qui était partiellement décroché et donc impossible à fermer complètement, la vue de la chambre qu'on ne saurait décrire tellement elle était laide, la paroi de douche sans joint en bas (et donc écoulement sur le sol).

「Bardzo udany pobyt - oczywiście od strony hotelowej.」
+Klimatyczny hotel z tradycyjnymi brytyjskimi wnętrzami. Pokoje czyste, ładnie urządzone, dobrze ogrzane. Czysta i bardzo dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Hotel w spokojnej dzielnicy, z przystankiem autobusowym niemal pod samymi drzwiami (2 minuty do wejścia).
−Monotonne śniadania, brak świeżych warzyw (choć może tak się je w Szkocji).

「Disappointing due to lack of sleep and comfort.」
+We loved the staff, everyone was kind and welcoming without being overly chatty which was appreciated. Check was easy and the service in the bar and restaurant was efficient and friendly both for dinner and breakfast.
−We stayed in room 221 and this room was below the standard we had experienced in our previous stay with you. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and did impact our sleep. The chair in the room had bright pink stains. The shower was showing rust around the door and the non-slip mat was dirty. Toilet roll holder wasn’t fixed to the wall. The wall paper was peeling on the ceiling and in numerous places around the room. Having both worked in hospitality, we appreciate that sometimes older rooms are booked out when the hotel is busy and we accept that but this room needs a scheme of work to bring it up to standard.

+Room was ok no heating in room reported this to reception and damp marks in bathroom around vent and wall very disappointed in the standard of the room Mrs Grace Gardiner no heating and damp patch in room 324

+Absolutely loved the people working there!! They are so sweet and kind! I sadly didn't get to see the cat but I still enjoyed my stay!
−The lightbulb in the bathroom kept flickering and turning off and it was a bit too thin walls but you just have to use earplugs and it's fine! And the bus took a bit too long into the city but the view there is really beautiful!
