「Cheap and location was good.」
+Very close to the artesian bath centre which I walked to. Bring a towel!
−Communication with the Asian host was difficult. Killed some small cockroaches around the kitchen area to establish dominance.

「cheap room for the night with toilet & shower did the job」
+Was pouring with rain and a covered walkway to reception to check in. A lady could not access the computer and not understand much Englah. The husband was to come later. Room 3 key was presented. The bonus was the car was fully covered and was easy to get into the room.Once inside the toaster did not work and a cooktop plug in with a saucepan microwave and fridge The usual kitchen equipment old chipping bench but clean
−When leaing the gate was locked so rang the reception bell. Think it was the husband wgo opened the door and proceded to unlock the gate no smile He looked at me like I was an inconvenience. There were some permanents , you can tell , and they had the laptop on and karioke style singing a few rooms outside went for a few hours

「Covered in bed bug bites!」
−Bed Bugs and Drugos! I read other reviews after I had booked. I have lots of bed bug bites all over my arms, neck and legs! There are a few undesirable "permanent" residents definitely vibes of drug use. Lots of shouting through the day. The owners were not present at check-in time. Definitely worth paying a few bucks extra per night and AVOID this place.

「Good room with kitchenette, close to artesian baths and town facilities.」
+We have extended our stay and are enjoying our room. It has a useful kitchenette which is great because we've been on the road for a while and want some home-cooking. Everything works, the shower is hot and the bed is comfortable. The people here are very friendly and social.

+Very quiet, comfortable tidy room catering to all my needs. I love walking distance to the hot sping aquatic centre, restaurant and station .

「Shockingly dirty and deeply disappointing.」
+Absolutely nothing. The entire experience was unacceptable.
−The property was filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly cleaned. Finding cockroaches in the room and suspected bed bugs in the bedding was distressing enough, but having to deal with lice afterward made the situation even worse. It was unacceptable from start to finish.

+nothing wen i came back after dinner 10pm i couldnt get into the motel cause the gate was locked and my keys didnt work
−nothin.. the place was cool but the remote didnt work as once i turned it on thats what it was set at there was cocaroaches and bugs in the kichen and at the front door
