「ビーチに近いお手頃な宿泊施設」
+トリニティビーチが近くにあり、現地の人が多いので自分の国の事を考えることなくゆっくり出来ました。値段の割には充実していた。飲み物や食べ物など自由に貰えるものが置いてあったり配慮が感じることができた。 ご夫婦や受付の方も気さくで親切だった。
−早朝のチェックインに関して事前に問い合わせを行っていたのですが、こちらが具体的な質問しないと適切な答えが返ってこなかったので少々案内が雑だなと感じました。 また建物はエレベーターもなくホテルというよりアパート感は強いかなと思います。 清掃に関してですが3日間の連泊でもタオルの交換等は対応がない為、自分でタオルの洗濯する必要があった。 夜ブレーカーが何度も落ちたが夜はフロントに人がおらずインターネットしか使えない中緊急電話先の電話がかけられなくてどうしようかと困ってしまった。 メールを送ったがホテルが確認したのは翌朝の事でした。 何かあった時の為に、もう少し有人の時間を増やしてもらえると安心かなと思いましたが、ご夫婦で営われてるホテルなので値段も踏まえると仕方ないのかなと思いました。

「A peaceful, restful stay, with all the essentials.」
+Location excellent, near beach and bars. Facilities very good. Peaceful. Staff very helpful and friendly. We loved the ethos of the communal sharing of food etc. So enjoyed it, we’ve booked again next week.

「Very pleasant environment, walkable area, wonderful hosts.」
+My room was perfectly located. The pool was right outside my back porch and the free laundry room was right across the hall. The staff all treated me with kindness and respect, and they went above and beyond.
−The bed wasn’t the greatest. Could’ve benefitted from a mattress topper or something. Face cloths (wash cloths) should be provided for guests.

+The staff were very friendly and helpful. The units were spacious and we had a view of the lagoon and pool. Lovely walk around the lake, and easy walk to the pub and restaurants of Trinity Beach.

「Great location , clean, great pool , great staff, would stay again」
+Loved the pool area, not too busy! great location in the centre of bars, restaurants and shops! Staff were very helpful and friendly and great value for money!

「Very enjoyable as restaurants and pubs within walking distance.」
+The use of a lift was necessary as we were on the third floor.Location ideal. Spacious apartment. Well appointed.

「Family Holiday」
+Great resort. Appartment had everything you need. Big bedrooms with comfy beds. Showers were excellent with good water pressure. Kids had a great time in the pool. Walking distance to some resturants & bars. Great location to go on day drives to other locations. Great having a lift if you are on the upper floors.
−If being picky, lounge was a bit low otherwise all good

+Location. Staff. 3rd time we have stayed
−Our neighbour....we named him Mr Slammy as he slammed door whenever he came and left and had very loud conversation in communal entry. But that is no reflection on resort
