−The toilet didn’t work. The shower caddy with body wash was broken and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The refrigerator was wobbly and the microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator.

−Только одно мне не понравилось, это запах из кондиционера, когда я пытался комнату нагреть (в режиме heat). Дети даже в коридор ушли, не смогли дышать. Пришлось открыть окно, дверь, и полчаса проветривать. Больше я делать это не пытался, да и стало потеплее на улице. Пожалуйста, почистите кондиционеры!

「Nice staff. Spacious room/bath. Terrible breakfast; threadbare towels/odors from bath drain.」
+All staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel has changed hands in the last several years. Unfortunately, the wonderful landscaping has been torn out; new landscaping OK. Room and bath areas are spacious.
−Towels were threadbare and a large drain in the handicapped shower area emitted a foul odor such that the bath mat needed to be placed over it to keep smell from permeating sleeping area. Breakfast was absolutely terrible - few choices and seemingly reheated from a previous day or two. These issues would definitely keep us from returning to this facility.

「Barely fair」
+The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night and close to our event.
−The sofa had old stains and looked dirty so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The shower had mold stains. There was no ice in the machine on 2nd floor. The breakfast was poor quality without decaf coffee.

「Definitely not a $200/night hotel experience.」
−Bathroom soap dispensers were mildewed, one towel had stains, towel bar hanging off wall. Not very well maintained, clean.

「Not horrible, not great. Very mid.」
−I was given a dirty room. At one point I asked for extra towels and the lady said she was washing them and I'd have to come down and get them myself. Also the bar wasn't open when it was supposed to be. The breakfast was very low quality and didn't even have a waffle maker.

「Extremely hot, ac didn’t work and unkind staff member」
+Clean large rooms. Love how spacious and clean they were.
−On 8/31 early morning we had a bad encounter with a staff member. I was leaving In a rush to be my family’s side as they passed when a rude staff member said she was charging me for my dog? First you’re not allowed to ask service questions. That’s illegal. Second no one the day before said anything about needing to be charged. The hotel was very aware we had our dog which I don’t see anywhere it states pet fee, just pet friendly. However staff knew and saw our dog at check in. The last thing I needed was an unkind staff member acting like we did something wrong and telling us she needed to charge us
