「Large rooms in Thrissur center!」
+The building is in the very center of the city. The staff is nice, the food court next to it is super convenient. All in all, a great stay
−The rooms we were given the first day were next to a giant AC engine that made the sound nearly unbearable, and the exaust air from it was full of frying oil. They moved us on the second day (because the place was full before) and the stay was nice. Putting rooms like those up for sale is not acceptable.

−Their customer looting policy and tactics. They charged us by providing a bad bath towel. The behavior of front office staffs were ridiculous.

+The location was good and the Staff was very coprative
−Food very over priced in hotel when there are multiple food options just outside the hotel at 1/3 price. Also i was charged extra as pillow cover had some stains due to my hair colour which they asked me after checkout to transfer the money.
