「Comfortable and convenient.」
+Bed very comfy. Nice big room. Shower pressure fantastic and instantly warm! Parking right out front of room. 20min walk to Carousel. Quiet considering right on Albany highway. Plenty of yea and coffee. Small fridge for your own food if needed.

「Average at best」

「Overall as good stay and would go back again when i'm in Perth」
+Good quality for a decent price
−Sometimes the water would change temperatures during showers so it either got really hot or really cold which can be quite dangerous.

+Location was good. I am a bigger guy so for me the bathroom was too small.
−I did not like that I had the do not disturb sign on my door, but staff kept coming in anyway.

「Clean, Comfortable and Convenient but Pray that your door key works the entire time you're there.」
+Very comfortable and easy to get around from the location. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. Easy check-in and convenient parking outside your room.
−Was Very concerned that the 2nd night of our sta, we arrived at our room and the key to our room wouldn't work and upon phoning the afterhours number was told that we'd have to pay an additional $100 for a call out fee. Admittedly they didn't charge us in the end but was dismayed that I had to agree to pay the $100 otherwise they wouldn't send anyone around to open up our room for us. We had to stand outside our room in the rain for 45minutes before the security person (who was very nice) came and opened up for us. The key was found to be faulty when they checked the next morning when we checked out and the additional $100 was not charged. But I did panic the night before that they wouldn't open up unless I confirmed/agreed to pay the additional $100 call out fee.
