「Comfortable and convenient」
+The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable - slept well. Hot kettle was a nice convenience. Wi-Fi was super. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice ambience with fire pits.

「Fun property walking distance to campus」
+Really cute property. Loved the activity space with the rock climbing walls. Walking distance to campus and even Pearle street if you are up for a slightly longer walk. Staff was super friendly. Be sure to hit up Snarfburger next door.
−Although the ice chests are a cute touch and on theme, just be aware there are no refrigerators in the rooms. However, Jon was amazing and stored our meds in the bar area for us.

「Cute room and very clean」

−Didn’t like the hours of check in. Leaving red rocks late and had to coordinate getting key from a lock box

「Nice hotel at an excessive cost」
+The hotel is nice and well located (in a nice area, close to the center and the bus stop to/from Denver Airport). The staff is very collaborative
−My door lock broke three times in four days; fortunately, the staff was always very helpful. After two days, the housekeeper told me that I should not expect any room service. I had to explicitly ask at the front desk to have my room cleaned on the last day before my departure. Overall, the price was definitely too high for the quality provided.

「Great, chill vibe」
+Love the location and relaxing vibe. Kids loved the rec room with the rock wall, ping pong, foosball and games. Also loved the bar. Reasonably priced drinks for relaxing in the evening.
−Poor staffing at the front desk. I’d say of the 4 times we went to the front desk, we had to wait for somebody 3 of the four times. At one point we waited close to 15 minutes for somebody to show up. We even called to see if anyone would answer so we could request help at the desk. It was strange that the office and bar area was left unmanned so long. We almost poured ourselves a glass of wine while we waited 🤣

「Cool place close to the university」
+This is an old, typical 70's era motor lodge that has been repurposed. Cool concept to bring it up to date. Nice common areas with fire rings and activities. There were several families enjoying the area to do a simple DIY breakfast in the morning with their kids here rather than do the whole restaurant thing. The decorating is cute and leans into the "Boulder" vibe. It's close to the university and not too far from downtown. The staff was great. They were helpful and eager to learn how the experience could be improved.
−A complaint I often have are rooms that have queen or king sized beds with only one nightstand. Our room had two queen beds with one large nightstand between them so we made it work. The room really could use some TLC and, since they asked me, I pointed out some things to the staff that would make for a much better stay.

「Average with overly priced.」
