「Truly a one night stay motel」
+The diner next to it was excellent and the price for staying one night felt fair
−Room was rundown, there were bugs on the walls, the floor was dirty in the whole apartment (soles of my socks became black after walking around couple minutes), the ceiling was moldy in the bathroom.

「Worth the price」

「Absolutely filthy!!!」
+I have stayed here 4 different times, love the location love that I can park in front of the room, there's normally a table and chair outside the rooms for smoking, it's a nice set up.
−The last time I stayed here, it was pretty dirty, I thought we just got unlucky. This time it was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in! The walls were covered in smudges and drips of unknown substances... literally mud still on the floor that didn't get mopped off. They definitely sprayed a lot of air freshener in the room and that's about it, we had to leave the door open for the first ten minutes so we could just breathe in the room the air freshener was so thick! One bed was decent, the other one was terrible. Definitely the last time I will be staying here. I have to wonder if this motel changed ownership, that's what it seems like since it was much better cared for the first time I stayed here years ago, it was a nice place to stay back then.
