−As shown in the attached photographs, the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible dirt, dark staining, and what appeared to be mould or accumulated grime along the edges of the wall and floor. The condition of these areas raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the property. I find this particularly disappointing because I expected the accommodation to meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The condition shown in the photographs was not what I expected when booking through Booking.com. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and contact the property regarding these issues. I also request appropriate compensation or a partial refund, considering the condition of the accommodation and the inconvenience caused. I have attached photographs as evidence to support my complaint and would appreciate a response explaining how this matter can be resolved.

+Готель сподобався, умови та зручності відповідали очікуванням. Часто прибирали. Затишно, зручно, тихо. Для нас розташування було зручним. Готель легко знайшли. Все добре, приїхали б ще тут зупинитись. Хороше місце
−В бронюванні вказано двоє гостей, проте адміністрація підготувала номер для 1 людини. Імена двох гостей були вказані через кому, проте адміністратор подумав, що це одна людина. Прикро, що заселили на годину пізніше ніж вказано в оголошненні. В 14:00 ще нічого не було готово. Чекали ттрохи більшле години для заселення Одна вільна розетка. Одна розетка для холодильника Зламаний йоршик в ванній кімнаті
